It was turned into a retreat house in 2003. The Columban Sisters managed the retreat house until the Carmelites took it over from them. The centre itself is not very big. There are seven double-bedrooms, a chapel, a conference room, two private prayer rooms and a big living room. All rooms are facing the beautiful peninsula.
This centre also functions as the station of St Anne Parish, Stanley. Every Sunday people from surrounding area come to participate in the Eucharistic celebration. The mass is said in English due the most of them who come are European or Filipino.
